Vision
A world where no child’s life is lost to an unprepared system —a world where every healthcare provider is equipped with the knowledge and skills to act, every community is aware and responsive, and every emergency meets a prepared, compassionate, and coordinated response. We envision systems that stand ready because of the training, leadership, and inspiration driven by Paeds Resus. With our slogan, "Paediatric Power and Precision," we aim to make a lasting impact on pediatric healthcare.

Mission
By 2027, Paeds Resus aims to strengthen pediatric emergency preparedness in Kenya by training at least 10,000 healthcare providers in evidence-based pediatric emergency care — including Critical Resuscitation and Intensive Support for Infants (CRIS-I), Infant Advanced Life Support (IALS), and Cardiology Care for common conditions that claim children’s lives. We will also develop and distribute essential emergency resources, enhance community awareness on recognizing and responding to childhood medical emergencies, and establish an effective referral linkage system that connects caregivers and first responders to the nearest equipped hospitals — ensuring that no child dies because the systems were not prepared.
